HOT and COLD

Just yesterday, teacher of me tell us a story, it's not really an interesting kind of story though, well he said about the differences between the cheap dispenser and the expensive one, well he said that if you look closely to both of those dispenser heating and chilling element are both separated, then you can say it's a cheap one, and in other side the expensive one will has those two elements in one place, like they are joint together.

it's interesting that the main reason about the joining thing is that the one that have an integrated heating element are much more efficient than the other ones, the thing is if we separated those two heath element, then the energy flow just be like this, the heat will be taken to make a cold water then, the heat will be exhaust in the back of dispenser, and it also what happened to make hot water, the element are heated by electricity to heat up the water, and so on that process occur in different role and need each a massive amount of electricity.

it is different for the expensive, the process goes like this: the heat that been taken from plain water to make cold water is transferred to others to make hot water, than the electricity role in this system simply just to make one cycle, and the efficiency are just astonishing.

imagine what we can do with this kind of thought? maybe one day we can make an ice skating park right next to the sauna spa, and it's just  would be so much economically helping, and if we can make portable device by this? it's like having instant fridge and also oven combine together. just put it in any heat source, than you will get an instant oven, and put it simply anywhere you can make an instant fridge.

what come next after that? probably we can harvest electricity by just stick a sticker in our wall, maybe one day we can recharge our cellphone just by put it down under the floor. well it think this idea support my last posts, about changing heat directly into electricity, well perhaps now we know how to harvest the heat instantly.

on the other hand, i've thinking about some trivial stuff, well lately it's been a hard time for me to get up in the morning, and as always i got late to class and finally can't get my breakfast which is really important in human daily life.

maybe we should come with an idea like breakfast goods we can eat by just putting in our mouth, i mean we're no need to use our hand to eat it, just by our mouth, because i think motorcyclist and driver would really need things like this, in my mind we can just make a rolled rice with beef in it and a crust in the bottom so it will help people to chew it with no hand.

HEAT=>ELECTRICITY

based on the law of thermodynamics 2, it's impossible to directly changes the heat energy to electricity. this law also explained that heat energy is an abstract thing that cannot be seen, only can be felt, many scientist and teacher explained heat after it affect the motion of molecules nearby.

this phenomena not also make heat, the most common energy in universe seems like hard to understand but also make people think very idealistic about this energy. in my perspective the invention and discoveries in our 20th Century seems like degrading from ever before, such as in early 20th century or before that, where people always ask about the truth of the universe, and the main topic in college and library is about how the universe is moving, not like now the main topic to talk in library is jenga or monopoly. it's not stop there, people nowadays seems not attracted about the development of science anymore, in past people like james watt or graham bell really get famous by it's invention. but now? if i ask you who invented the touch screen, probably  half of the people won't know.

back to the thermodynamics, what we can conclude from that phenomenon is, the heat energy will never be usable 100% efficient for generating electricity, can you imagine if we can reach those 100% efficiency? the solar panel and geothermal will become none like this today, and probably will produce more electricity than nuclear power or anything else, for the heat itself always generated by universe and the world as part of it too.

then how we can accomplish those day-dream electricity? maybe by keep studying thermodynamics not only by macroscopic, but also by microscopic and sub-atomic, maybe different approach should be engaged, not only by physics or chemistry, but also mathematics, just like a debate about dualism particle that happen in about 100 years ago.

somehow maybe what can i imagine right now is the heat vibrate the molecules just like conduction explaination and probably make some sub-atomic reaction, and by that we can harvest electricity by shooting electron somehow or something like that, really my knowledge it's not even touch there, but maybe it can be a start to we understand about heat itself and finally can use it 100% effective, just like kinetics.
